40/40/40 Treadmill: Scuba Instructor Ron Redwell

     Ron share his story of inspiration to become a Scuba diving instructor, and how we can build the percentage of minorities in recreational scuba diving.  To clarify, raise the percentage of minorities in scuba diving who choose to do so not only because it's the best job opportunity in their home village, but because they feel attracted to the sport and choose to go out of their way and do it. 

Scuba diving instructor Ron Redwell shares his story of how he got inspired and into the sport. He speaks on how to overcome obstacles to live your passion. He also speaks as an African American, on race relations both in the sport and beyond sharing an example of being treated differently due to the color of his skin.
